How it works

Email us at support@drinkhush.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with the next steps.

Conditions

• Refund requests must be made within 90 days of the delivery date.
• The guarantee applies to your purchase even if the product has been opened or used — we want you to be able to try it.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 14 days at support@drinkhush.com and we'll make it right at no extra cost.
