Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping times

• United States: 5–12 business days
• United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand: 7–15 business days
• Other countries: 10–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or peak periods.

Shipping costs

Free shipping on all bundles of 2 bottles or more. Single bottles ship at a flat rate calculated at checkout.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched. Please allow 2–4 days for tracking to update.

Customs & duties

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes determined by your local customs authority. These charges, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
